Another journal that Anita kept was one about things the kids did. She only wrote about 10 entires each over the course of two years, but they are really meaningful entires and I think the kids will treasure them forever. Here is one of the entires from Ben’s journal.

I came home late tonight to find that Ben had bought me the EXACT Starbucks mug I had been wanting but was too cheap to buy myself. Even Greg didn’t know I wanted that cup, but Greg said that “Ben was so sure,” Greg went ahead and bought it for me under Ben’s direction. I absolutely love it. When I asked Ben how he knew I wanted that mug, he said it was because we’re “connected”. He is exactly right. I love him so much.
