Golden Beauty
by A.L.P.Last night I dreamt I
Walked the shores of golden
Beauty –Everything was perfect
Nothing out of hand
Nowhere was there sadness
No teardrops in the sandEveryone was happy
No teary eyes in sight
Everyone loved one another
And no one would ever fightWar was out of the questions
Hate was never thought of
They had a promise to one another
For eternity, peace, and loveIn this land of glory
Just one problem was there
It was too good to be true
Because life is so unfair.
